Villa Facilities
From the house, you are blessed with sea views.
Kitchen area
The house boasts a fully functional modern kitchen, including an oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and the essential dishwasher. With all the utensils needed to cook any meal.
The lounge area
The lounge area, complete with air-conditional offers a corner suite, Flat screen TV with Satellite, DVD player and radio. Patio doors inviting you out to the pool and patio area.
The laundry room
The laundry room has a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

The outside area
On the patio you can see and hear the sea lapping against the rocks on the beach. Barbeque terrace has table and chairs, perfect for soaking up the sun or eating alfresco on warm nights.
Pool area
The pool (3.5m x 7.5m) has a shallow end of 90cm and a deep end of 1.8m, ideal for both non swimmers and swimmers complete with outside shower, pool ladder and night pool lights. Two sun loungers and wicker furniture.
Bedroom one
Double bed, fitted wardrobes and dressing table, patio doors onto balcony. Complete with air-conditioning. Hairdryer available.
Bedroom two
Two single beds, fitted wardrobes and dressing table, patio doors onto balcony. Complete with air-conditioning. Hairdryer available.
Optional bedroom three
A downstairs sleeping room can be prepared, with a double bed settee. There is no wardrobe facility however there is storage and hanging space.
The bathroom
The bathroom has shower, toilet and basin.
Villa service
Towels (except beach) and bedding are included and will be changed once a week. The villa will be cleaned prior to arrival and then once a week for multiple week occupancy.
The pool is cleaned and maintained as necessary determined by chemical testing.

The villa is non-smoking.
Wi-fi is available.
There is seven seater vehicle available for drivers over 25 years of age by request – rate 140.00 euros per week excluding fuel. This is kept on the gated drive.
